Materials: Expedit, Vika Amon, MDF or any scraps of wood, nails and wood glue Description: Peter used the weekend to spruce up his nook in our open concept architecture office. He can now use the wasted space beneath his desk for his collections and sketch books.
The first step was to remove the legs from his Vika Amon table top and place it on top of his Expedit. He placed a base (MDF box secured in four corners by nails and wood glue) underneath to achieve the right height.
Other details: The magnetic board behind his desk are stainless steel sheets glued to the wall with super strength contact cement. To the right he placed another Expedit shelf for just the right amount of privacy and storage in our open and collaborative space.
