1. Paint the outer part of the chest of drawers with black glossy paint and then sand the edges to give it a slightly worn look.
2. Paint the fronts of the drawers with lavender shade.
3. Attach masking tape in even rows. This will create the lines you will be using to place the upholstery pins in even rows. Hammer the pins. Get rid of the masking tape. Add brass handles.
4. Now you can assemble Rast chest of drawers according to Ikea instructions.
