Materials: Benno DVD tower (£18). Lack Wall shelf – (£19) for 190cm. Lack Wall shelf – (£10) for 110cm
Living in a small apartment means that storage is difficult, especially when my girlfriend has so many shoes. And then there’s the whole argument about having DVDs on show or in cupboards. So when we decided to add a fireplace to our living room, we came up with a compromise. The DVDs are visible when you want to see them, but not noticeable most of the time.
Saw the Benno in half.
Face the two halves away from each other.
Get your 190cm Lack on top and screw them together.
Grab a couple of brackets and screw the smaller lack to the top piece.
Done.
