Materials: RAST chest of drawers, EKBY LAIVA shelf, Byholma baskets
I wanted to revamp my old Rast chest of drawers for probably the fourth time over past 7 years. Whenever I’m changing the hallway I’m doing something to that poor little wooden chest 🙂
This time I thought Rast felt a bit too heavy for my hallway so I decided to took out one drawer and replaced with a shelf. It appeared that Ekby Laiva is perfect fit so I didn’t have to cut it (yeah for me!). I painted the shelf and then just fixed it with few L-shape brackets and added basket so I can put away my scarfs 🙂
I’m loving the way they turned up!
