My boyfriend recently bought a TIVED LED spot and was totally disappointed that the lamp arms were not as adjustable as he wanted them to be. He wanted the lamp arms to directly go along the ceiling.
Before
Materials:
TIVED led spot, 6 steel cable clamps, metal drill, marker
We used the bottom of the steel cable clamps to mark the drill holes and then drilled two holes for each of the lamp arm mounting.
Each lamp arm now is hold up by a steel cable clamp.
The lamp is then mounted onto the ceiling. Now each arm can be adjusted alongside the ceiling. It looks a bit like a big alien kraken. 🙂
