After opening the seam holding the ram to the stick, I traced the diameter to a block of wood I cut to serve as the base. I hollowed it out, glued a piece of the rod into the hole and painted the block. Several stitches were put in at the base of its head to pull up the chin. I slid the ram back onto the rod where contact cement was waiting to hold the whole thing together. Voila! A toy ram head wall mount.
