The point of the PS 2014 bureau is to hide the computer mess. But if the wires under the bureau are visible in a tangled mess, the purpose of the bureau is not accomplished. Here I have created a shelf that fits into the frame legs of the bureau. The important thing to notice are the cut-out squares on each side. They wrap the back legs of the bureau and this way the shelf can’t tip forward or backward.
The dimensions of the shelf is 13cm of inner space, and 16 cm counting the thickness of the wood boards. The length of the shelf is the same as the width of PS 2014 bureau, namely 90cm. The making of the shelf did not use any material from IKEA, but it is designed specifically for this bureau frame.
