I’m an artist and work with what I call functional art. I like to recycle material by using it in my art.
IKEA items used:
- LACK side table 55×55 cm
In this case, I had an old LACK side table and old windows from house renovation projects. I broke a window in pieces, then I painted the back side of the glass pieces, glued them on the LACK table, filled the space between the glass pieces with grout and finally framed the table with a ledge of wood frame painted in gold. I call this piece “The Meadow”.
