I wanted to create an attractive living room lighting around the lamp over the dining table. I’ve used KVARTAL curtain rods (and accessories) to hang HAGANÄS drawer panels (40x20cm, 60x20cm), into the panels I have built ceiling spotlights which are equipped with dimmable warm white LED spots (GU10, 400lm). The hardest tasks were determining the size, choosing the parts and measuring out the ceiling. Installation and assembling were a lot of fun, I’m very happy with the result.
Note: Don’t forget that drawer panels are a little bit smaller than specified – it affects the entire dimension!
