Materials: RITVA pillow case, INNER pillow cushion
Description: For this project, I used the RITVA 20″ square cushion cover from IKEA { $7 }, an INNER cushion from IKEA { $3 } and four fabric transfers from Avery { approx. $1ea. }.
The apple images, from an old fruit growing textbook from the early 1900’s, were scanned and then touched up in Adobe PhotoShop Elements. The apples are arranged to overlap and slightly enlarged to fit the 20″ square of the RITVA pillow. Next, print them out on the transfer paper.
Cut the image out and then transfer them with a hot iron.
