Because I am frugal and love to DIY, I decided to turn the rather plain IKEA RAST into a silver leaf dresser. Instant (well, not exactly. Many hours later) glamour treatment!
Materials:
- IKEA RAST dresser
- Silver leaf
- Metal leaf adhesive
- Paint
- Crystal knobs

Silver leaf RAST hack – how to:
First, I painted the RAST dresser with black paint. Then I applied silver leaf glue adhesive to the fronts of drawers.
Next I laid silver leaf on the fronts. Then, sealed the dresser with wipe-on poly. Lastly, added some bling in the form of crystal knobs!
